The Founder’s Circle

The Founder’s Circle is the Soulsville Foundation’s premier African American giving circle, forming the cornerstone of our individual donor community. Named to honor the legacy of Stax Records, whose iconic music emerged from the heart of African American culture, the Founders Circle is dedicated to celebrating and preserving our rich heritage while embracing and celebrating the ownership of Black culture.

Members of the Founder’s Circle proudly recognize and honor the invaluable contributions of our ancestors and the deep connection to their cultural roots, supporting Soulsville’s ongoing mission to uplift and inspire our community while preparing our future generation of leaders, artists, and changemakers to continue the legacy of Black excellence.
