The Stax Museum of American Soul Music will continue with its free-admission “Family Day” on October 14, 2023 from 1-5 pm as part of the Stax Museum’s 20th Anniversary celebration.
FEATURING THE SHELL ON WHEELS!
Admission during that time is free for everyone.
Children of all ages are treated to:
- Live music on an outdoor stage and elsewhere
- Food trucks
- Arts & crafts
- Games
- Other activities throughout the afternoon
On October 14 there will be the Shell on Wheels, live music, outdoors, food trucks, games and activities, arts & crafts for children,
Family Day gives visitors access to the entire museum, which has a newly renovated introductory theater, lobby, gift shop, and lounge. The regular $15 admission fee is waived for everyone 1-5 pm.
